Travel Brands is one of the largest travel businesses in Canada. They have different business models which include B2B, B2C, corporate travel, loyalty programs for various travel products like flights, accommodation, cruises, packages, etc.

Their multi-channel distribution network contains several brands and subsidiaries. Travel Brands caters to 14000 agencies worldwide in the B2B flight booking sector. 

Their B2B platform was a legacy platform build over the last 20 years. It was catering only to the Canadian market. Travel Brands wanted to create a modern and global system to scale their business internationally.

With Techspian’s technical and domain expertise in developing such large-scale enterprise systems, Travel Brands engaged with Techspian to develop a completely new B2B system for flights booking. They expected a solution comprising cutting-edge technologies and a streamlined user experience that enables the organization to upscale revenue generation activities, online booking management, GDS compatibilities, customer support & maintenance.

Our client attempted consulting through inhouse teams, procured external support but failed to solve the problems that became the main objective for the Techspian Team from Tech & Digital Transformation side.
