Building A Cloud-Based Interactive Patient Engagement Solution


TPR rounds is the application of client used to collect patient feedback data. Techspian’s task is to maintain this application and provide feature upgrades to the application. The client is a leader in the interactive patient engagement solutions that improves patient outcomes and eases the workload of medical staff.

The client faced challenge while optimizing rounding process to improve patient care. They were looking to enhance their existing product, develop new features for the healthcare industry. They were looking for a technology partner to manage their Patient Rounding Module, Interactive Patient System, and the Analytics System.

Project Description

Techspian team has upgraded the application from legacy technology framework to latest framework in .NET. It has been fully automated for product upgrades. Which has reduced the time to market for the client. Techspian has also started working towards automation of testing on critical paths for the application. This has helped client to maximise revenue by onboarding more clients.


TVRC approached Techspian to utilize the strong technology team to help them maintain and upgrade their current applications.
