- What’s your role?
As a product owner, I manage and optimize the product backlog to maximize the product’s value also, I am the primary point of contact on behalf of the customer to identify the product requirements for the development team.

Three things I like the most at Techspian-

- Considering this is not your first job and the first company you have worked with, how different is the Techspian experience?
I have worked in a couple of companies and never want to look them down as I am with Techspian now. Because of the experience I earned from my previous employers, I can adapt well here. So, I have great respect for the previous employer who laid the foundation for my career.
When it comes to Techspian, it is the company where people are considered humans and not worker bees.
- What advice would you give someone who would like to venture into product management roles?
Product ownership is all about setting the right direction for valuable products. If you’re interested in Product Management, you must try out some sample projects, solve interesting problems, and improve the process.
Build a small project. Get users to adopt it. This exercise is perfect for testing the water and finding your niche. Online learning platforms may also help you pivot into product management.
